A Dumpling Themed Experience

“Pinch.” is a restaurant that combines the traditional dumpling shop with small restaurant culture in London to create a unique dining experience. There are four steps of having dumplings: fill, wrap, boil, and dip, and I want to share part of them with the guests.

After composing their own filling their dumplings, guests will be guided by the chef to wrap it into nice-looking dumplings, following the last step of making a dumpling: to “pinch.” While the chef is boiling the dumplings, the guests can go to the "sauce bar" to get their unique sauce for dipping.
